Fruit Face Packs for a Healthy Skin

Fruits are full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which will give your skin a flawless look. These fruits will help to reduce spots, blemishes or pigments and give your skin a natural glow. Banana is one such beneficial fruit for your skin. It is rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium and zinc. To make banana face pack add few drops of honey and 2 tablespoons yogurt to mashed banana and mix well. Apply it on your face and wash after 10-20 minutes.

Strawberry is another great fruit rich in vitamin C and manganese. It helps to reduce dark spots and thin lines of aging. Vitamins C helps in the synthesis of collagen, an important component of the skin. Add lemon juice to mashed fresh strawberries and mix well. Apply it on your face and wash after 5-10 minutes.

Avocado is rich in vitamin E which helps to moisturize the skin and gives it an amazing glow. Mix mashed avocado with 1 spoon of milk cream and 2 spoons of honey. Now apply this mixture on your skin and wash when dry. This will make your skin smooth and supple and it is the best face pack for dry skin.

An apple a day keeps the dermatologist away. Apple is rich in flavonoids which helps to tighten the skin and reduces wrinkles. Mix mashed apple, milk and honey together and apply it on face and hands. Wash after 15 to 20 minutes.
